If you purchased from our website, your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received immediately following your purchase.

Your order number is alphanumeric and will consist of both numbers and characters (e.g. 123456PL).

If purchasing via Amazon, you can find your order number in your order summary, located under the “Orders” section in your Amazon account.

Your order number will only contain numbers and is formatted like: 123-0000000-0000000, i.e. 123-4567890-1234567

If purchasing through one of our retailers or wholesale partners, you will find the order number on the invoice they provided.
