Why isn't shipping free to all countries?Updated a year ago

When we first launched Paperlike on Kickstarter, we did ship for free to all the world. In that process, we learned that some countries have rather unreliable postal offices and packages were being lost in very high amounts. We then decided to switch to courier shipping for these countries with unreliable postal services so that we can guarantee the arrival of the Paperlike.
