European orders are shipped via Deutsche Post from Germany. Once the order crosses international borders, it is handed over to the national postal service for domestic delivery.

UK orders are shipped from within the UK. Shipments < 2 kg are sent with Royal Mail and > 2 kg with DPD.

U.S. orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS from one of three warehouses, that is closest to your address (AZ, TN, PA).

Canadian orders are shipped from a local warehouse in Toronto, various courier services and Canada Post.

For all other countries, we partner with various courier and postal services. We try to select a service, that is reliably shipping to your region. These orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
