Is your screen protector bent or scratched?
Before reaching out, try applying your Paperlike using our step-by-step application video. It’s enclosed in two protective plastic layers — sometimes these outer layers appear scratched or scuffed, but the actual product inside is undamaged.
Also, slight bends usually do not affect how the Paperlike adheres to your iPad screen.
