  1. Your order number from Paperlike.com - or our marketplaces on Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, etc. 
  2. A picture of the size sticker found on the envelope that your Paperlike product came with
  3. The Model Name of your iPad: In iPadOS, go to Settings → General → About → Model Number/Model Name
  4. Your shipping address.
