- Your order number from Paperlike.com - or our marketplaces on Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, etc.
- A picture of the size sticker found on the envelope that your Paperlike product came with
- The Model Name of your iPad: In iPadOS, go to Settings → General → About → Model Number/Model Name
- Your shipping address.
